Adele has been working in the aviation industry since 1995 and is experienced in a wide range of areas, including Scheduled, ACMI and VIP Airline Operations at Senior Level.
She has a proven ability working in both training and cabin crew management roles, setting up airline training and cabin service departments to EASA/UK CAA standards and, more recently, consultancy for new airline start-ups.
Working closely with safety and compliance management teams to maintain a safe working environment, she has a natural ability to create and promote positive and impactful change whilst continuing to build and maintain good relationships with colleagues through a genuine desire to understand their needs and support them.
Adele has experience of operating on the B737, B757, B767, B777, A320 types, BAe146, RJ85/100, ATR72 and training delivery of the B787 and Embraer E190. She holds both a UK and EASA attestation.
