Grant has 35 years of Military and Civil Aerospace experience and trained as a pilot & rear-crew; rotary & fixed-wing.
He developed aviation human potential in some of the world’s most isolated areas in operations and training to a broad spectrum of civil and military aviation professionals.
Grant is chair of an independent aviation technical panel, formally advising the Ministry of Defence (MoD) on aviation HF training development. He is also chair of a corporate HF panel, championing company strategic and operational HF development. Grant is also a long-term appointed member of the MoD Aviation HF development Working Group and co-director of a Human and Organisational Performance Safety consultancy.
Grant is passionate about maximising talent by improving human performance and assisting organisations in developing a high-performing safety culture.
