Simone started off her career in 2011 and opted for the modular route through Buckinghamshire New University. During the 3 year course she gained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree as well as gaining her PPL, CPL and ATPL licences. In 2015 Simone secured her first airline employment with Ryanair as a First Officer on the Boeing 737. Having always had a strong passion for long haul operations she later joined Virgin Atlantic in 2023, after a long break due to COVID, as a Senior First Officer and is currently flying the Boeing 787.
