In 2017, realising the pull of aviation was too great, Glen was successful in being selected by NATS as an Air Traffic Controller cadet and completed his training in Aerodrome &amp; Approach Surveillance control before being posted to Heathrow Air Traffic Control Tower in 2018 where he has remained since providing aerodrome control, on the job instruction, tower supervisor, and examining duties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuing to fly and instruct around his shift work, Glen completed his multi engine rating and instrument rating in 2024.
