Since joining the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) in 2018, she has worked to understand the relationship between human behaviour and safety, promoting improvements that help aviation people easily do the right thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to AAIB, Toni gained 16 years of experience as a human factors specialist in road and rail transport and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
