She is responsible for the implementation and ongoing development of operational compliance, having transitioned ashore after 10 years of service at sea on yachts, working across both deck and interior roles.
Her day-to-day responsibilities focus on crew safety, statutory compliance, and the auditing of ISM, ISPS, and MLC requirements.
George is deeply passionate about seafarer safety and is committed to bringing this to the forefront of both crew and industry awareness.
