Lisa Huttlestone

Lisa has been in the aviation industry since 1984, working for ad-hoc charter and scheduled airlines and has a vast amount of experience in cabin operations with a strong focus on safety and risk management.   With a background as cabin crew, and a passion for learning and development she has previously delivered training courses and coached cabin crew and pilots in the areas of SEP, security, dangerous goods, CRM and first aid.   Supported by her ability to understand and interpret regulatory requirements, her experience extends to writing and developing training courses, quality auditing and authoring of operations manuals.  As Cabin Safety Manager for one of Europe’s largest airlines she was responsible for ensuring a safe operation from a cabin perspective of a fleet of over 300 Airbus aircraft, across three AOCs.  This included defining cabin specification, determining policy and procedures for crew and passenger safety, risk management, ensuring compliance with regulation, cabin safety investigations and standards assurance monitoring.   Lisa’s current role is Operations Safety Risk Manager based at easyJet’s Head Office in Luton, lead the safety risk team and responsible for facilitating effective and efficient safety risk management across the operation.
