Lisa has had a varied career in both retail management, retail recruitment and education. She started her aviation journey in September 2017 with Titan Airways. Her first role was as a cabin office administrator, which gave a great insight into the workings of the aviation industry learning the many acronyms and abbreviations. She now holds the position of Deputy Head of Cabin Crew and has been in post since October 2023.
