Stephanie began her aviation career in 2004 as a Customer Service Agent with bmi British Midland at London Heathrow, where she developed a strong foundation in frontline operations and customer care. Her passion for supporting aviation safety and operations soon led her to the Flight Training Department at Stockley Park, where she played a key role as Flight Training Administrator, overseeing the coordination of both cabin crew and flight crew training.

In 2012, Stephanie joined CHIRP. Initially appointed as Administration and Cabin Crew Programme Manager, she became a central figure in the charity’s day-to-day operations and programme delivery. Her leadership skills expanded further in 2018 when she was appointed as Company Secretary for the charity, taking on additional responsibilities including governance, financial oversight, annual audits, and regulatory reporting to Companies House and the Charity Commission.

Following maternity leave in 2021, Stephanie transitioned out of the Cabin Crew Programme Manager role but continued to bring her expertise and continuity to CHIRP as Administration and Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Since returning from her second maternity leave in 2024, she has resumed these vital responsibilities, ensuring the organisation’s operational integrity and financial health.

Stephanie is known for her structured approach, strong governance acumen, and long-standing commitment to aviation safety and organisational transparency. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she continues to be a trusted leader at the heart of CHIRP’s mission
