Jonathan Heesch

Jonathan Heesch is a diverse maritime professional and people-focused leader with extensive maritime, leadership and command-at-sea experience. With a background in safety management as an ISM Auditor and DPA, he is wholly committed to the concept that the most important aspect of safety is the people involved. He is currently a Commander in the United States Department of Commerce,  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Commissioned Officer Corps, a Chartered Master Mariner and Associate Fellow of The Nautical Institute.
