I joined the Aviation business in 1997, joining British Airways within their Customer Experience team, moving through various Ground Roles, including Flight and Load Control, I moved into the flying world in 2013 as a Crew Team Manager, leading a team of Customer Service Managers, during this time I gained my license to support my team onboard.  In 2020 I moved into Safety and Security for British Airways at Gatwick, then onto my current role in 2023 as Gatwick Cabin Safety Partner.
