Gabriella’s experience in yachting includes working onboard in both interior and deck, then in a maritime law firm. With a Master’s in Maritime Law, she worked for yacht management for over seven years in vessel and crew compliance, including employment, and became a DPA/CSO.
Now, she provides consulting, training, and auditing for the yachting industry with a focus on building a proactive safety culture mindset and accident prevention. Her passion for promoting a holistic view of safety includes crew welfare, raising awareness, educating, and helping advance industry standards.
