Artem has over 15 years of experience in maritime industry. He is a certified ISM/ISPS auditor and maritime/safety instructor.
Artem started his career in 2001 as a cadet on sail training ship, participating in the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Races. He graduated from Odessa National Maritime Academy in 2004 as BSc and in 2006 acquired MSc. In 2004, Artem commenced working on various types of tankers and later switched to offshore fleet (seismic research, AHTS, PSV etc.) He has worked onshore mostly in the Middle East (KSA, UAE, Azerbaijan, Qatar) since 2010.
Artem is currently based in Qatar overlooking various vessels as Superintendent and DPA/CSO, conducting investigations, inspections/audits, and coaching.
