CHIRP Maritime is pleased to publish the 2021-22 edition of our Annual Digest. The Digest contains articles that CHIRPhas published in FEEDBACK magazines 62 through to 65, and in addition there are several insight articles included which CHIRP published last year with the assistance of members of the CHIRP Maritime Advisory Board, the MCA, and the International Seafarers Welfare and Assistance Network, (ISWAN).
