Jo has over 30 years’ experience in aviation in a wide range of areas from both Long and short haul and Corporate as Cabin crew with a progression into training in 1996. With experience in delivery and design of all ground subjects to both Pilots and Cabin Crew she set up her own training company JG Aviation in 2004, she continues to provide training along with the setting up of UK and worldwide AOC and is a quality Assurance framework accredited security provision Jo is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Flight Operations Group, the Cabin Safety Specialist Group and also the Cabin Safety liaison group. An experienced Peer support volunteer within the Aviation industry since 2021 to offer help to navigate the difficulties crew may encounter in work and personal life which can affect their mental wellbeing.
