Capt. Octavian Postolache is presently teaching Ship’s Safety and Ship Operations at the French Maritime University – ENSM. He has 25 years experience sailing mainly on container ships but also on Ro-Ro’s. He is a trained Psychologist and specialist in Human Factor in the maritime industry.
