The attached pdf shows graphical and bullet-point representations of the key issues reported to CHIRP by the Air Transport community in 2022. Note that there’s a minor difference between the first 2 graphs shown due to the fact that some reported issues don’t have associated sub-categories because they’re self-described in the headline issue and so some of the headline issues change priority in the second graph ‘sub-categories depiction’ due to this quirk in reporting.
